Ordained at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ, Rabbi Shoshan Ghoori founded Aish HaTorah Chile in 1995, establishing the country’s leading Orthodox community. Since creating Kosher Chile that same year, he has certified thousands of companies across Latin America, offering reliable, practical kosher guidance to food producers worldwide. That is the experience he puts at the service of producers, manufacturers, and exporters across Latin America: the rigor the standard demands, combined with something large agencies don’t provide—closeness and personal attention. It is the same spirit on which Terra Kosher was founded more than 25 years ago: building a transparent connection between food companies and the kosher market, with accessible, reasonable certification that facilitates their entry and competitiveness.
